Transcript or notes into collision-safe, source-linked minutes

## What it does

`/as:meeting-minutes` turns a transcript, a pile of notes, or the conversation you just had into a structured record at `meetings/YYYY-MM-DD-slug.md`.

The record separates what was discussed from what was stated as fact, what was decided, what someone might need to do, and what stayed open. Every item links back to its source in the input.

## What it does not do

Saving minutes changes nothing else. `PROJECT.md`, `decisions/`, and `TASKS.md` are untouched.

Promotion is a separate, explicit step: you pick which facts go to [`/as:project`](/skills/project), which decisions become decision records, and which action candidates become [tasks](/skills/tasklist). A meeting where someone floated an idea does not silently become a project fact.

## Install

**Claude Desktop:**

1. Open **Customize** → **Browse plugins**
2. Click **+** → **Add marketplace from GitHub**
3.  Enter `AlpacaLabsLLC/skills-for-architects`
4.  Install **Architecture Studio**

**Claude Code (terminal):**

```
claude plugin marketplace add AlpacaLabsLLC/skills-for-architects
claude plugin install as@skills-for-architects
```

## Usage

```
/as:meeting-minutes
```

Point it at a transcript file, paste notes, or run it after a conversation. Filenames are collision-safe, so two meetings on the same day coexist.
