Reconstruct what you worked on, confirm the hours yourself

## What it does

`/as:timetracker` answers “what did I actually work on last Tuesday” by reading the dated trail your project already leaves — [plans](/skills/workplan), [decisions](/skills/project), [meetings](/skills/meeting-minutes), [site reports](/skills/site-visit-report), and [tasks](/skills/tasklist).

It reconstructs the activity, shows you what it found, and appends entries to `TIMELOG.md` after you confirm them.

## The line it will not cross

Durations come from you. The skill never infers hours, start and stop times, billing status, or whether a day’s record is complete — activity signals are evidence that work happened, and nothing more than that.

For time that becomes an invoice, that distinction is the whole ballgame.
