NYC ACRIS
A Claude Code skill that looks up ACRIS property transaction records for any NYC property — deeds, mortgages, liens, and other recorded documents using a 3-table join across the Legals, Master, and Parties datasets.
What it does
Provide an address, BBL, or BIN and get recorded property documents from the NYC ACRIS system. The skill performs a 3-table join — Legals (lot-to-document mapping), Master (document details), and Parties (grantors and grantees) — then translates document type codes and groups results into Deeds, Mortgages, and Other documents. Shows the 20 most recent records with current owner identified from the latest deed.
