NYC BSA
A Claude Code skill that looks up Board of Standards and Appeals applications, variances, and special permits for any NYC property — records from 1998 to present.
What it does
Provide an address, BBL, or BIN and find any BSA applications filed for the property. The skill queries the BSA Applications Status dataset by BBL (with address fallback) and returns variances, special permits, and appeals — including application number, type, decision, and date. Notes that approved variances remain with the land and may impose conditions on proposed work.
