NYC DOB Permits
A Claude Code skill that looks up all DOB permits and job filings for any NYC building across both the Legacy BIS and DOB NOW systems — four datasets covering issued permits, job applications, and filing statuses.
What it does
Provide an address, BBL, or BIN and get the full DOB permit and job filing history. The skill queries four datasets — Legacy BIS permits and filings plus DOB NOW permits and filings — then merges, sorts by date, and groups by job type: New Building (NB), Alteration Type 1 (A1), Alteration Type 2/3 (A2/A3), Demolition (DM), and Other. For buildings predating 1989, it notes that pre-BIS records exist only on paper.
